Pricing
What is your time worth?
We’re certain that our rates are very fair and reasonable. They certainly are lower than the cost of your free time, and remember… your peace of mind is priceless.
Rates: Basic waiting and supervision rate are: $45 per hour* - Local minimum of 1hour. Regional minimum of 2 hours. After minimum time, you will be billed in 30 minute increments. Long-term work pricing can be negotiated.
Payment: Unless prior arrangements have been made, payments for services and goods purchased are to be made at the time the service is completed.
Referrals: If you are a Current Client, you can receive a 20% discount on your next service charge when you refer a new client to us, and that client uses our services.

OnTask takes the following steps to ensure that we only work with vendor/service providers who can adhere to our strict standards:
Each vendor/service provider must pass our stringent quality criteria before they are included in our resource database. These criteria include proof of insurance and bonding; holding proper licenses, customer service guarantees, clear process for resolving customer complaints, and an acceptable Better Business Bureau track record.
Our customers will be requested to provide feedback on the level of service delivered by the vendor/service provider as part of our quality assurance process.
We expect vendor/service providers to accept full responsibility for all goods and services provided to our customers. In addition we expect vendor/service providers to resolve all complaints and problems that arise during all transactions between an OnTask customer and a vendor
